I am voting for KERRY on November 2
Series of emails I received over the last few days. There are about 20 people on the original list. All have been included in the replys.
I think it is interesting that Mike D chose to address me personally, yet uses the "reply to all".

I am a soldier fighting over here in Iraq and I am here to tell you that a vote for President BUSH is a vote for victory and freedom and peace for our nation and our children. Any nation should never change their leadership in the middle of a war especially when that nation has a proven and confident leader as we have in President BUSH. Do the right thing for our nation. Vote President BUSH for the next four years.

Here are just a couple of examples why I choose to FIRE BUSH!
The Pentagon doesn't even have a plan in place to financially care for the families of our "National Guard" soldiers who are killed, maimed and disabled while performing the same duties and conducting themselves as any other professional armed services soldier.
Our cu
rrent administration acts first without considering the consequences. This is only ONE result of an irresponsible leader.
Do you realize that not having a flu vaccine for the US populace may result in more deaths than 9/11? Another slip thru the cracks by government management who is more concerned with the BIG business of pharmaceuticals.
Did you hear what Mr. Bush said in the third debate about outsourcing jobs to other countries? His reply to reverse the outsourcing was to IMPROVE our educational system in the US!!!??
The greatest numbers of outsourced jobs are of technical nature! How many programmers do you know who are out of a job because someone in India can do the same job for 1/4 of the wage? How many degreed individuals do you know who are NOT working right now!?
North Branford politics hold a majority of registered Republicans. This may serve well a quiet, bedroom community like ours, however, we ALL need to look at the greater picture. We are ALL affected by decisions made by our country's top leaders.
I feel very strongly about this. I truly believe our sons and daughters would not even BE IN IRAQ if the "Boy King" was not in power. Bush lied to the American public about his true reasons for going to war.
Fours years was enough. If this man was the CEO of a company...he would be FIRED. Well, thats what I plan to do. FIRE BUSH!

Politicians who "listen" to their constituents and care about what they think, remain in office. Regardless of how their name is spelled; or changed.

If I were still holding a public office, and this "JD" individual identified himself as a constituent of mine, I would care. But I don't know who he is, I hold no public office, and didn't invite his remarks, or yours for that matter.
Laurel, I know you and your husband, respect you both as well as your children. I really have no desire to pick silly email fights with you over your opposition to the president. I happen to support the president, and I don't think anyone seeing your emails or mine are likely to have their opinions changed by them. Whether they can spell the President of the United States' name correctly or not.
