Eeenie..meenie....minee...mo!
exclusive five questions
1 -- Leave a comment, saying you want to be interviewed.
2 -- I will respond; I'll ask you five questions.
3 -- You'll update your journal with my five questions, and your five answers.
4 -- You'll include this explanation.
5 -- You'll ask other people five questions when they want to be interviewed
And here are http://www.livejournal.com/users/vlvtjon es/ five questions
1. Name the era/time period that you think you should have lived through, and why.
I would have liked to have lived with the Jetson's. I love the furniture, the clothes and the vehicles. Everything was so efficient and streamlined. I also liked the idea of being able to move around quickly.
2. Who in our society embodies the good in humankind? The evil in humankind?
I really admire Jimmy Carter. I envy his notorious ability to promote peace and goodwill internationally.
Evil...hmmmm. Too many to name. I really despise any religion or culture that finds it acceptable to kill, maim and torture children.
3. What is the single craziest thing you have done?
I think the most recent "crazy" thing was climbing up the rocks and over the steep, sandy, slippery slope to Little Beach in Maui. I got a great picture of Mike....the one on the fridge.
Participating in the Tom of Finland Erotic Art show in NYC runs a close second. My artwork was the only female subject matter among hordes of male gender homoerotic artwork. Images of penis' of every size, shape and color....doing some unimaginable things were displayed about me.
I think the Maui adventure was more "crazy"....I could have killed myself!
4. Honestly, which one of your kids do you like better? And don't give me any of this, "I love them both the same" crap.
I do love both my kids and I truly like them too. They need ME differently, always have. However, when I have a personal problem I can always rely on Rose to help me view the issue in a more abstract way, while Mikey patiently finds ways to explain his solution in terms he knows I will understand.
Sorry, can't do the "Sophie's Choice" thing at all. Maybe if I had three or more kids I could.
5. Sum up your personal philosophy in a song lyric.
I have two. "R-E-S-P-E-C-T" and "Understanding is the best thing in the world...."
